How Commissions Work
A commission/quote-based process, no cart, no checkout. Here’s how a build goes from inquiry to your doorstep.
Payment
- 50% deposit to start. Once received, the build begins.
- Remaining 50% + shipping is due after you’ve seen final photos and before the piece ships.
Payment plans/installments are available, especially for larger builds like full armor sets: pay toward the 50% deposit at your own pace, the build starts once that threshold is hit, then keep paying toward the balance until it’s covered in full before shipping.

- PayPal Goods & Services (buyer protected)
- Stripe (card payment via secure payment link, no account needed)
Shipping
Shipping is quoted separately from the build price on every tier. A rough estimate is given early on; the exact number is confirmed once the piece is boxed and weighed, and it’s added to the final payment.
Import Duties / Customs
Any customs or import processing fee required to ship your item gets handled upfront and folded directly into your final total, there’s no separate surprise bill from customs after delivery. The exact amount can vary by declared value and destination country, so this is confirmed alongside your shipping cost.
Timelines
Every project is quoted individually. If you have a specific date you need something by (a con, a birthday, an anniversary), mention it upfront, it’s the biggest factor in the final quote’s timeline honesty. No fixed turnaround is promised without knowing the specifics of the build, and there’s no guaranteed express service.
Fit & Measurements
Full armor sets and helmets are custom-scaled to your measurements. A simple measurement guide is provided, you measure, the build is scaled to you.
