The short version

Privacy

The only information this site collects is what you choose to type into the contact form, and it's used for one thing: to reply to your commission request. It's never sold or shared for marketing.

needhealingcos is a small custom-commission business, not a data company. This page plainly explains what happens to your details. It isn't legal boilerplate.

What we collect

When you send the form on the Contact page, you provide:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • What you're looking for (your build description)
  • Optional timeline and budget range

That's it. There are no accounts, no logins, and the site does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or marketing cookies. If you reach out by Instagram instead, that conversation is handled by Instagram under their own privacy policy.

How we use it

Your details are used only to read your request and reply to you with pricing, a timeline, and to discuss and carry out a build if you go ahead. We don't use them for newsletters or advertising, and we don't sell or rent them to anyone.

Who processes it

To make the form and the site work, a couple of service providers handle your message in the normal course of delivering it:

  • Web3Forms — the form service that delivers your submission to our private email inbox.
  • Our email provider — where your message lands so we can reply.
  • Vercel — hosts the website; like most hosts it may keep standard technical server logs (for example, IP addresses) for security and reliability.

These providers process your information only to provide their service, under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep request emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of any commission. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. To make a request — or to ask anything about privacy — message @needhealingcos on Instagram or use the contact form and say it's a privacy request.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date below.
